In 2007, Lisa Schaefer was hired by a government contractor. Previously she had worked for similar government contractors, earned a PhD in engineering, and had taught several college courses. During the course of her employment, she documented the harassment - sexual and otherwise - that she witnessed and experienced. After getting fired, she created Budget Justified, a reenactment of the harassment in the government agency's office and contractor's office.
Budget Justified has been split into 48 two- to four-minute episodes. The first few episodes can be viewed below. Each episode includes bloopers during the closing credits.
