Lisa Schaefer is the Chief Futurist of CrowdPublishTV, an internet startup to help authors connect with their fans in a fun environment with live online talks.

Dr. Schaefer earned her B.S.E. and M.S. in civil engineering and Ph.D. in industrial engineering from Arizona State University. Before working in the FAA offices depicted in Budget Justified, Dr. Schaefer worked as a simulation engineer at the MITRE Corporation and taught statistics at Marymount and American Universities. She has taken screenwriting courses from a Hollywood screenwriter and graduate level video production courses from American University.

Dr. Schaefer is involved in several technology and women's organizations in the DC metro area. She also trains and runs races with the DC Roadrunners.

Dave Cooperman has played major roles in several movies, including Deadlands: The Rising, Deadlands 2: Trapped, Drug Related, and Flogging Margaret. He grew up in the Maryland suburbs of Washington, DC.

Kevin Mayberry has appeared in several films with Dave Cooperman, including Drug Related. He appeared in The Life I Lived along with two other Budget Justified cast members. Kevin produced The Sobbing Stone, in which he also played the lead role. Kevin also plays White House Chief of Staff in the pilot for the television show Signals.

Kevin is the Director of Financial Risk Management at KPMG and received his industrial engineering degree from Columbia University.

Ted Taylor played authoritarian figures in several movies. He is the Minister of Parliament in Browncoats: Redemption, the US President in Time Refugees, and a doctor in the HBO series Veep. Along with Kevin Mayberry, Ted plays an FBI agent in the television pilot Signals and plays a leading role in The Life I Lived. He also played a major role in the horror film Ghosts Don’t Exist.

Ted is the Director of the Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Program Support Division.

Elizabeth (Eli) Sibley received her Master of Arts degree in Drama from Catholic University. She was active in the Washington, DC, theatre community before she moved to New York City.

Eli has acted in and written plays for the Capital, Minnesota, and NYC Fringe festivals. She was on the cast for Beyond the Horizon which played at the American Century Theatre, and The Graduate which played at the Church Street Theatre. She also played a mistress in the movie The Good Listener.

 

Andy appeared in The Life I Lived along with Kevin Mayberry and Ted Taylor. He is active in the theatre community in Winchester, Virginia.

Andy is an English teacher and drama director in the Clarke County Public School system and is the President of the Clarke County Education Association.

Andy received his degree in history from Christopher Newport University.

SYDNEY SHABAZZ

Sydney Shabazz graduated from Morehead State University and works at Chadbourne & Parke LLP law firm in Washington, DC.

Brian Razzino is active in the Washington, DC, theatre scene. He played a leading role in Picnic at Little Theatre of Alexandria and in Suburban Motel at 1st Stage in Tysons Corner.

Brian is a child psychologist in Alexandria, Virginia. He uses acting as a method of therapy. He earned his Ph.D. at DePaul University.

Brian has taught psychology as an adjunct professor at George Washington University and teaches at the Children’s National Medical Center.

Laura Fischer appeared in the documentary Silent Stranger and in the movie Collide.

Laura graduated from the University of Virginia with a degree in architecture and art history. She has taught classes at the Capitol Hill Arts Workshop. She currently resides in New York City.

Anthony Smitha sings in weddings and church choirs. He does voice-over work and theatre productions.

Anthony is an IT contractor who maintains Catholic school and church computers and networks. He studied music at Northern Virginia Community College and theology at Christendom.

KATHLEEN KASELL

Kathleen Kasell lives with her parents and sister in Northern Virginia. She enjoys math class and takes ballet lessons. She has appeared several times in The Nutcracker with her ballet troupe.

Public performance runs in Kathleen’s family. Her grandfather is Carl Kasell, who has been an NPR news announcer for decades.
